Philippines National Building Code

Intro/Brief: 

The Philippines National Building Code, although mandatory, contains only voluntary standards on energy effiicnency concerning building shells, lighting, HVAC, and water heating.  The code was last updated in 2005.  The Philippines also relies on training and encouragement of energy efficiency to businesses and residents.
