DELAWARE CPA SUMMARY

Delaware adopted the 2009 IECC as the mandatory statewide code in 2010. It is now focused on improving its energy code training and outreach efforts. The state is also exploring options to finance continued energy code implementation efforts, including funding from utilities, RGGI, and the state’s Sustainable Energy Utility.
