Compliance Planning Assistance - Texas

TEXAS CPA SUMMARY

Texas is well on its way to compliance with the 2009 IECC as the code will become effective for all new construction in 2012, and much of the construction industry has already received training.  The next steps for the state will be to step up its outreach to consumers, address compliance in rural areas, and find ways to fund these efforts.
