The Zero Energy Commercial Buildings Consortium: A Public-Private Consortium for Zero Energy High Performance Buildings
In 2007, Congress passed legislation, which established the Zero Net Energy Commercial Buildings Initiative, and required the U.S. Department of Energy to work with a high-performance green building partnership consortium to include wide representation from the commercial buildings industry.
