Many home owners are unaware of what the energy code requires or what a properly insulated wall looks like, what the u-value of the fenestrations are, or if the HVAC system has been tested. The course is designed to give the home owners a basic understanding of what is required by the energy code, and to provide enough knowledge to ask good questions of the

builder.
