This is absolutely incredible- it's amazing the solutions we can come up with when we apply a little imagination and ingenuity to a problem. Not only do these houses provide affordable housing solutions, but they involve the community, reuse materials that once were destined for landfills, and are energy efficient.

Now this is a homebuilder we can all support! And it's great to see that this idea is spreading to new communities.

Oh- and then there's the best quote in the article: “You can’t defy the laws of physics or building codes,” he said, “but beyond that, the possibilities are endless.”

We agree completely. His methods would probably not work for everyone, but knowing this type of construction is possible completely reframes the greater discussion of how to reduce construction and other waste and build interesting and affordable housing.

Thanks for reading!
