Maryland DHCD to Offer Building Code Training Seminars

The Codes Administration within the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development, in conjunction with The Maryland Building Officials Association, is offering Building Codes Training Seminars on the 2009 International Code series. These seminars will begin in October 2009 and run through June 2010 (a list of the 2009 IECC sessions is below).

All seminars will consist of ½ day of instruction - they will begin at 8:30am and end at 1:00pm with two 15-minute breaks. A continental breakfast will be offered at each seminar beginning at 7:30am. At the completion of each seminar - you will be awarded a certificate and credited with four (4) hours of continuing education units earned.

All seminars are free of charge and work books and all instructional materials will be given to you also free of charge. Attendance is limited at each seminar location - so please register early. PLEASE - ONLY REGISTER FOR A SEMINAR IF YOU HONESTLY PLAN TO ATTEND.
