New Mexico CID Announces Free Energy Code Training Schedule
The Regulation and Licensing Department of the Construction Industries Division has released a schedule of free trainings for construction professionals on the 2009 New Mexico Building and Energy Conservation Codes. There are six opportunities for two-day sessions throughout the state in April and May. The energy code contains amendments that would make it approximately 20% more stringent than the 2006 IECC. It will take full effect on July 1.
