Nebraska Energy Office to Host Regional Energy Codes Conference October 16-18
The Nebraska Energy Office has posted a save the date announcement for its 2012 Regional Energy Codes Conference in Omaha for October 16-18. Conference topics will include innovate enforcement methods for code compliance, “how to” session for building industry professionals, and presentations on why energy codes matter for realtors, inspectors, policymakers, and consumers.
Information regarding speakers, classes, agenda, CEUs, registration fees, and sponsor and exhibition opportunities will be released in the coming weeks. The state adopted the 2009 IECC in August 2011. While supplies last, free copies of the 2009 IECC and laminated copies of the RECA residential compliance guide are available from the NEO codes page.
