Rebates Available for DC Green Roofs

Attention everyone in Washington D.C. who is interested in green roofing! 

 

The Anacostia Watershed Society has $5/square foot available for property owners who want to put a planted green roof on any building in the District. The funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so visit their website, complete a registration form, and give them a call! Green roofs provide numerous benefits and a recent study by ARUP suggests a monetary payback within 6.5 years. Click here for more info and to register for a rebate.
