Sealing air leaks in a residential building can save between 10% and 20% of heating and cooling bills.  Older homes rely on these cracks and leaks in the building envelope to properly ventilate the home.  With a combination of proper ventialtion and sealing the cracks and leaks within a home energy consumption can be reduced and the comfort of residents increased.
