Summary: 

 The goal of this training assessment is to provide the State of Nevada, and specifically the Nevada State Office of Energy, with the best steps forward to effectively train and support stakeholders in order to reach 90% compliance with the 2009 IECC.  The report lists current best practices and reactions from recent stakeholder meetings, and assesses feedback on energy code training provided by the state.  The second part of the report lists out what BCAP believes to be the steps moving forward that Nevada should take, including the five recommendations deemed most critical, because the require a small amout of resources to complete and/or will have the biggest impact on the state.
