Summary:
RECA has developed a model amendment for local jurisdictions to modify the upcoming new edition of the Texas Building Energy Performance Standards to achieve equivalence with the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and compliance with the model codes outlined in Section 410 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
