Texas Strategic Compliance Plan

As part of BCAP's Compliance Planning Assistance Program (CPA), this strategic compliance plan provides a five-year roadmap for energy code implementation in the state of Texas. The report recommends tasks within various focus areas that state agencies, local jurisdictions, and other stakeholders can take to achieve full compliance with the model energy code. This report was prepared by BCAP and the Texas State Energy Conservation Office for the U.S. Department of Energy.
